Ease of getting appointment 8am next day for oil change and complementary car wash, vacuum, and glass washed. Courteous staff in service Ashli and Anthony. Courteous and quick cashier Julie. Great experience.

I drove over 7 hours to purchase a vehicle from Auffenberg after having a poor experience with my local dealership. Nearly everything was done via email and text. No high pressure tactics - I made a reasonable offer on a new vehicle and had reasonable expectations of the value of my trade in. After arriving, I spent less than 60 minutes at the dealership - exactly what I wanted. Clear expectations from both parties, executed quickly and professionally - not many dealerships like this.
